1. Payment Methods We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Other major debit or credit cards processed securely via Revolut Merchant.
2. Payment Terms By submitting your payment information at checkout, you confirm that: You are authorized to use the designated payment method, You give us permission (or our third-party payment processor, Revolut) to charge your method of payment for the full purchase amount, including any taxes or additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

After this timeframe, cancellations will no longer be accepted, as we begin processing immediately to ensure fast delivery.
4. Refund Policy We offer a 14-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us at help@dexhealthhub.com to initiate a return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items The following items are non-refundable: Products marked as final sale or clearance, Personalized or custom-made items, Opened items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (e.g., wearables with skin contact).

Turn on the power of the stethoscope, log in to the mobile application, and add the device according to the operation prompts.
Measurement
After the equipment is added, directly put the stethoscope on the relevant body parts.
